We strive to break down barriers, overcome challenges and develop individuals. Equipping all we associate with the skills and knowledge they need in order to have a successful and prosperous future.

We support individuals, with their future ambitions being at the forefront of what we do, whether this is a return to mainstream education, specialist provision, post 16 education, training or employment.

Who We Are

Founder - James Gargett

Having worked in Special Educational Needs for 20 years, holding roles varying from teaching assistant, class teacher to head of education. I am a loyal, talented and caring educator who strives to make a difference to the lives of others through their learning journey and beyond.

I have encountered many challenges, barriers and social scenarios which individuals can find strenuous, problematic and overwhelming.

My experiences have led me to strive to further develop and share knowledge with a wider audience in order to maximise life experiences for all.
